This role may include some one-to-one support each week, providing tailored assistance to help individual pupils thrive. Requirements We are looking for teaching assistants who: have strong relationship building skills and techniques are passionate about helping children reach their potential Can communicate clearly with children and adults, verbally and in writing have experience of working with all ages of children in school are able to adhere to policies and procedures and follow GDPR guidelines are confident in supporting good behaviour management skills and is confident in deploying a range of behaviour management strategies have a desire to participate in school and Trust CPD opportunities have a full understanding of safeguarding.
