Are you passionate about CRM, digital marketing, and using data to drive business growth? We're looking for a CRM (HubSpot) Executive to join our Marketing team and play a key role in maximising the potential of HubSpot across our organisation.

This role will be a maternity cover position with a proposed start date in November 2025, finishing in December 2026.
What you'll be doing
* Supporting campaign execution, A/B testing, and analysing performance to improve results.
* Managing day-to-day marketing requests and creating engaging, targeted content (email, social media, blog posts) within HubSpot.
* Building and optimising landing pages and lead capture forms to drive new customer opportunities.
* Configuring and customising HubSpot to meet business needs and integrating it with other tools.
* Using automation to nurture leads and streamline processes.
* Maintaining accurate customer data and ensuring GDPR compliance.
What we're looking for
* 2–3 years' experience working with a CRM system (HubSpot preferred).
* Strong knowledge of inbound marketing principles and customer journey optimisation.
* Proficiency in marketing automation, content creation, and tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Dynamics.
* Creative skills with Canva or Adobe Suite to design engaging brand-compliant content.
* Strong organisational skills — able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to solve problems and make recommendations.

* Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
