Wild Recruitment is currently hiring experienced Class 2 HGV Drivers for a reputable palletised freight delivery company based in Chichester.
Job Details:
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM start
Pay Rate: £16.50 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract Type: Temporary
Location: Chichester
Key Responsibilities:
Safely deliver palletised goods to commercial and residential customers
Load and unload curtain side trucks with tail lifts at each drop
Perform daily vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness standards
Ensure timely and secure delivery of all consignments
Requirements:
Proven experience delivering palletised freight
Skilled in operating curtain side vehicles with tail lifts
Valid UK Category C licence (minimum 6 months experience)
Up-to-date Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Maximum of 6 penalty points (no DR, DD, or IN convictions)
Must pass a driving assessment prior to starting
