Responsibilities
* Ensure all Tesco sites are safe and functional environments for customers and colleagues.
* Follow the planned work schedule to achieve first-time fixes, improving efficiency and effectiveness.
* Work closely with team members, sharing best practices and knowledge.
* Perform general day-to-day store and property maintenance.
* Use mobile devices such as phones and tablets to complete work and provide updates.
* Represent the Tesco brand by demonstrating core values, maintaining a positive attitude, and taking pride in wearing the Tesco uniform.
* Attend local and national meetings, providing valuable input and feedback.
* Support a diverse and inclusive culture.
Requirements
* Experience in maintenance, engineering, or construction environment.
* Digitally confident in using a tablet to view schedules and manage emails.
* Operational skills including ONC or equivalent, full driving license, health & safety awareness, communication & collaboration skills, Office 365 knowledge.
* Completion of relevant technical upskilling modules.
