Our global iGaming client has a multi-million-pound search budget focused on the UK, Spain, Canada, and LATAM, with plans to enter new markets.
As they continue to expand, they're looking for a talented & experienced Mid-weight Digital Marketing Designer to join their exciting in-house multidisciplinary creative team and support their brand's growth across key markets, including the UK, Canada, Spain, Brazil, and Mexico.
The Role of the Mid-weight Digital Designer You will be integral to the development and delivery of the brand's creative output, working directly with the Creative Lead, country managers, relevant external agencies, and internal copywriters across a wide range of mainly digital channels.
You should have a solid portfolio showcasing a diverse range of styles, skills, and creative abilities. Experience across international markets is also preferred. You will collaborate on projects as a designer, ensuring creative standards are upheld and boundaries are pushed.
Your role is supported by other designers based abroad and in London, the brand team, and Creative Lead. You will be responsible for managing your workload, timings, schedules, briefs, follow-up tasks, quality assurance, and adhering to the marketing team's production schedule. Familiarity with workflow management systems like ClickUp is required for daily work and recording production times.
Key Tasks of the Digital Designer
Generate digital concepts (animations and static) for the brand across various digital channels and markets, visualizing concepts and presenting for approval.
Design and build animated display banner campaigns using Adobe Animate/Banner-flow.
Create static website hero banners, CRM banners, landing pages, and after-effects animations for social media banners.
Design creative print work (branded merchandise, direct mailers, etc.).
Edit/resize MP4 videos; video/audio skills are advantageous but not essential.
Approach projects pragmatically to meet creative and business needs.
Collaborate regularly with marketing and social media departments.
Keep project management well-informed of timings, status, and issues.
Understand and adhere to the company's brand guidelines.
Present ideas to management and the wider business.
Participate in internal meetings.
Produce digital marketing, external OOH advertising, and social media promotional materials.
Work with 3D software (Blender) to create and animate marketing assets.
Utilize AI tools to assist with ideation and digital marketing assets.
Skills and Qualifications
At least 4-5 years of experience designing, building, and producing digital static and animated banners in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in online casino and bingo design is advantageous but not essential.
Strong digital ideation skills, capable of developing visual concepts independently or with copywriters.
Proactive, conceptual designer and innovator with knowledge of all digital platforms.
Experience with Banner-flow or Creatopy and After Effects is required.
Basic knowledge of 3D software (Blender) is highly advantageous.

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign, After Effects)
Experience with Banner-flow or Creatopy or equivalent
Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
Figma
Basic knowledge of 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D) and AI tools (ChatGPT, Freepik, Kling, Sora)
Microsoft 365 applications
