Key Responsibilities
* Make high-quality outbound calls to SMEs and corporate businesses, introducing telecoms, broadband, and media solutions.
* Build rapport quickly and conduct professional, consultative conversations with key decision-makers.
* Understand customer needs and position tailored solutions that add real value.
* Set qualified appointments for field sales teams or directly close opportunities where appropriate.
* Maintain an accurate CRM record of customer interactions and pipeline opportunities.
* Consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for calls, appointments, and revenue.
* Proactively identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall growth strategies.
* Deliver a first-class customer experience, ensuring professionalism at every touchpoint.
Skills and Experience Required
* Proven B2B sales experience – ideally within telecoms, broadband, IT, utilities, or other professional services.
* Strong track record of appointment setting, lead generation, or closing sales.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade decision-makers.
* Confident, resilient, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
* Highly organised with strong pipeline management skills.
* Positive, proactive, and self-motivated with a drive to exceed OTE expectations.
