Registered Home Manager - Mental Health & Learning Disabilities Location: Malvern, Worcestershire Service Type: Small Residential Home Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Hours: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Home Manager in Malvern to lead a well-established, specialist service supporting adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to take an already Good-rated home to Outstanding. Key Responsibilities Provide strong leadership and management of the day-to-day operations of the home. Ensure high standards of care are delivered in line with CQC regulations and person-centred planning. Lead, mentor, and develop a stable staff team, promoting best practice at all times. Maintain excellent relationships with families, stakeholders, and external professionals. Oversee safeguarding, compliance, audits, staffing, and financial responsibilities. Drive continuous improvement and support the home's journey from Good to Outstanding. Requirements Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a similar setting. Strong knowledge of CQC standards and relevant legislation. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, inspire, and develop a team Experience in working with adults with mental health, learning disabilities, and complex needs.
