IT Support Engineer
2nd/3rd line engineer to support a broad range of IT issues

£35,000 - £45,000 per annum
A client we have a great relationship with in Salisbury are looking to add a talented IT Support engineer to their existing team of 8 people. As an IT Support engineer you will face be customer facing dealing with both ongoing support and project work for their customers. They are a full-service consultancy so offer a broad range of support including networking, cloud infrastructure, Desktop setup, Cyber security & much more meaning this role will be varied and suits a strong all-rounder.
If you enjoy varying your knowledge in IT and want to be exposed to multiple different areas of support, then this could be the perfect role for you.
Key skills:
1. Strong experience with MS Office 365 & Azure AD administration
2. Desktop support and deployment experience (Windows10/11)
3. Knowledge of cloud support - Azure and/or AWS
4. Experience in network support and deployment (Routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls)
5. Windows server system administration
6. Experience setting up desktop infrastructure
7. Excellent customer service and communication skills
