Our client operates a truly experimental, produce-led restaurant in a prime central London location, with just 20 covers, delivering both an innovative tasting menu and refined la carte offering. This is a highly creative, ever-evolving kitchen where menus change daily, driven exclusively by the very best seasonal ingredients available.
Led by an award-winning, internationally renowned Executive Chef, the restaurant offers a rare opportunity to work at the forefront of modern cuisine within a focused brigade of four chefs. The open kitchen environment demands confidence, precision, and professionalism, placing both craft and attitude firmly in the spotlight.
The Role
The successful candidate will:
Support the Executive Chef in delivering a daily-changing menu
Contribute creatively to menu development and experimentation
Maintain exceptional standards within a small, high-performance team
Thrive in a refined, detail-driven open kitchen
