Overview
Oulton Academy is an Ofsted rated Outstanding mixed secondary school catering to over 1,000 students aged 11 to 16. Located in the village of Oulton, South Leeds, the school is part of the Carlton Academy Trust (CAT) since April 2024, which oversees three secondary schools, three primary schools and three special schools, educating nearly 5,000 students and employing almost 1,000 staff. The school joined the trust after significant improvements, including achieving an Outstanding Ofsted rating and recognition in the top 24 state secondary schools in West Yorkshire in November 2024. The trust has adopted Safer Recruitment principles and requires an enhanced DBS check for successful applicants.
We are looking to add to our bank of casual Cover Supervisors to complement the professional work of teachers by undertaking cover responsibilities for whole classes or forms to cover absence. If you are hard-working, take pride in your work, are ambitious to be the best, and genuinely have the interests of students at heart, we would welcome your application. Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills are essential.
