We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our clients Internal Sales team as a Sales Administrator / Order Processor based in Chelmsford. You'll play a key role in optimising the sales experience for both customers and the company. Responsibilities:Process a high volume of sales orders accurately and efficiently using a bespoke software.Manage inbound enquiries, offering pre and post-sales support.Organise deliveries for orders, liaising with suppliers to ensure best possible pricing.Identify and resolve order discrepancies, ensuring a smooth customer experience.Provide sales support to internal and external customers.Collaborate effectively with other departments to guarantee successful order processing.Requirements:Experience in an inventory-based business (a plus).Excellent organisational and time management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.Package Offered:Competitive salary (22,308-26,000 DOE).Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.Opportunity to develop your skills within a growing telecoms company.To Apply: Submit your CV and cover letter highlighting your experience.
