Job Overview
We are seeking to appoint a Grade 7 Family Help Disability Team Leader for 16 hours a week as part of a job share arrangement. The post holder will lead, develop and support a team of Family Help Disability Advisors to deliver bespoke early intervention and prevention support to families referred to the team, specifically with a focus on the child(ren) or young person with an identified disability or additional need.
The postholder will liaise and communicate with a range of service users, including families and professionals, and will also work alongside the Service Manager to support the continued development and quality of service delivery.
Responsibilities and Requirements
The successful candidate will have the ability to lead, develop and support a team, as well as liaise and communicate with a range of service users. The role is for 16 hours a week as part of a job share arrangement.
