Junior Sous Chef | Full-time

The Role:
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members, with a strong focus on food quality and standards. You will lead, engage, and inspire your team with your food knowledge and leadership skills.
We are looking for someone who:
* Is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
* Is ready to manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and coach team members on the go
* Has an understanding of food, health and safety standards, and understands financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
* Loves to celebrate team successes and recognizes individual drives and needs
