Clinical Supervisor, Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS)
Join our team as a Clinical Supervisor, Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) at Eliot Community Human Services.
Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical guidance and supervision to team members, developing interventions and ensuring culturally competent services.
* Focus on individual-centered care, developing and implementing treatment plans aligned with client preferences.
* Manage assessments, documentation, and ensure treatment goals are realistic, strength-based, and promote recovery.
* Lead multidisciplinary team meetings, support staff in crisis intervention, and ensure quality standards are met.
Qualifications:
* Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling with independent licensure.
* At least four years of clinical experience, with two in a supervisory role.
* Experience providing behavioral health and crisis services to children and families, with a good understanding of Massachusetts mental health services.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 9am-5pm
Compensation: Based on experience
