An exciting opportunity to join our friendly team at the Wade Centre to support part time covering nightshift.
This role includes personal care whilst supporting individuals.
Other responsibilities include administering and monitoring medication,
Health and Safety, providing support to family members and liaising with health professionals working within Health and Social care standards. A requirement to hold a SSSC Registration.
