About the Role As Deputy Manager of our flagship care home, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the launch and management of a residence that embodies Dunham Cares vision of luxury and excellence. Reporting to our Commissioning Manager for the Southern Region, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth transition from opening to full operation, delivering the highest standards of care and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Providing strong leadership to a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of kindness, professionalism, and innovation. Supporting the Home/Commissioning Manager in overseeing all aspects of the homes operations, including care delivery, compliance, and quality assurance. Ensuring that each resident receives personalised, person-centred care tailored to their individual needs. Building strong, trust-filled relationships with residents, their families, and the local community. Championing safeguarding practices and ensuring full regulatory compliance. Driving continuous improvement in all areas of care and service delivery. What Were Looking For: A proven leader with experience in a senior role within a residential or nursing care setting. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent). In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and a track record of exceeding standards.
