Reporting directly to the IBS Commanding Officer (CO), this post is pivotal in leading a small team focused on ensuring that all the soldiers receive their correct pay and allowances and are supported regardless of the phase of their career, from just starting out their military career through to resettling and moving into the civilian world. As the Infantry Battle School Regimental Administration Officer (RAO), you will need to be confident and articulate, and able to utilise a variety of communication methods from in-person to written. You will be dealing with military instruction staff and trainees, and they will have differing experience of the British Army, so you will need to be able to tailor your approach and style to suit their needs. As the Regimental Administration Officer your main responsibilities will include: Lead for delivering personnel, pay and administrative support to all ranks on strength.
