What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience within children’s residential care (e.g. Registered Managers, RI, Operations, or senior leadership roles)
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and compliance
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different environments
- A passion for improving outcomes for children and young people
