What you'll do
* Be the first point of contact for People queries across our three schools.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and compliance processes.
* Maintain accurate HR data and ensure safeguarding standards are met.
* Help deliver a seamless employee experience from hire to retire.
* Collaborate with a friendly, close-knit team that values trust, creativity, and inclusion.

What you'll bring
* Administrative experience within an HR department - ideally within a School environment.
* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database systems.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and work with accuracy.
* A proactive, people-focused mindset and a passion for service.
* A commitment to safeguarding, equality, and continuous improvement.
* CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience (desirable).
