We are seeking a Site Quality Lead to lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, product quality and compliance throughout our operations.
This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement, implementing best practices and fostering a culture of excellence.
The role reports to the Production Director and will also work closely with the Group Quality Manager to ensure continued alignment and consistency of quality standards across all sites. This includes regular communication, sharing of performance metrics, and collaboration on initiatives to maintain and improve compliance, processes, and best practices throughout the organisation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience in quality management and process improvement roles.
* Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies (certification preferred).
* Demonstrable understanding or formal qualification in ISO standards, including:
o ISO 9001– Quality Management
o ISO 45001– Occupational Health & Safety
o ISO 27001– Information Security Management
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and quality management systems.
* Good basic understanding of Microsoft Excel including the ability to work with spreadsheets, use formulas and interpret data for reporting and analysis.
Preferred Experience
* Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or the print industry (beneficial but not essential).
* Familiarity with implementing and maintaining ISO-certified systems.
* Track record of leading successful improvement projects.
