The Opportunity

You’ll lead passionate teams spanning customer service, commercial sales, contact centres, and customer relations, all while spearheading improvements in CRM-driven customer interactions and digital engagement.
You’ll also play a critical role in shaping a modern, data-enabled approach to customer experience, balancing automation with authentic human connection.
Key Responsibilities
As Head of Customer & Product Sales, you will:
* Develop and deliver forward-thinking strategies that elevate customer experience and commercial performance, guided by CRM-driven insights.
* Lead, mentor, and inspire multi-disciplinary customer-facing teams to achieve exceptional service standards and commercial targets.
* Influence executive decision making by providing strategic recommendations backed by robust data and analytics.
* Drive a culture of customer-first thinking, leveraging CRM tools, and exploring emerging technologies like AI, to personalise engagement.
* Provide leadership across contact centres, social media, digital support, and customer relations.
* Monitor and improve key customer metrics (NPS, CSAT), using insight to drive continuous improvement.
* Oversee product performance across B2B, B2C, corporate, trade, and digital channels, supported by the Product Sales Manager.
* Manage key commercial partnerships, corporate accounts, and distribution platforms.
* Support ancillary revenue strategy, pricing, and campaign management in collaboration with commercial teams.
* Champion the effective use and ongoing development of internal CRM systems, HubSpot experience is a strong advantage.
* Lead on escalations, complaint resolution, and PR-sensitive cases with professionalism and care.
* Proactively challenge and improve processes, encouraging collaborative working with operations teams to enhance the overall customer journey.
* Ensure compliance, brand alignment, and quality across all customer interactions.
Skills & Experience Required
We’re looking for someone with:
* Senior leadership experience within a business to consumer, customer-centric, commercially driven sector.
* Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering measurable revenue growth.
* Deep understanding of customer journey design, customer support operations, and CRM integration.
* Experience with CRM platforms - HubSpot experience is a significant advantage.
* Knowledge of GDS platforms, distribution channels, and digital product environments.
* A passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and future-fit tools including AI, automation, and advanced analytics.
* Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
* A resilient, collaborative mindset with the confidence to lead strategic change.
* An authentic leadership style with the ability to coach, develop and engage direct reports across teams.
