We are seeking to appoint an innovative and inspiring Senior Mental Health Lead who can develop and strategically lead Queensway Connect, our therapeutic response team and provide a professional and confidential counselling service to children and young people. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your own specialist team of staff who can offer early help and tailored interventions to support emotional health and well‑being, build resilience to help them cope with the difficulties they face.
Responsibilities
* Develop and strategically lead Queensway Connect, the therapeutic response team.
* Provide professional and confidential counselling services to children and young people.
* Develop and lead a specialist team to offer early help and tailored interventions.
Legal and Safeguarding Requirements
* All post holders working in regulated activity with children are required to have an enhanced DBS check.
* Candidates must not be on the children’s barred list.
