About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Alarm Systems Implementation Specialist to support the delivery and improvement of alarm management systems. The role involves developing and implementing alarm policies, procedures, and training that meet best practice standards and ensure effective safety and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Work with internal teams and subject matter experts to develop and implement alarm policies and procedures aligned with industry best practice. Guide the design and implementation of alarm systems to ensure effective fault detection and response. Assess technical design, monitor performance, and ensure ongoing effectiveness of alarm systems. Develop and deliver training materials and awareness sessions on alarm systems for staff. Provide technical support to engineering and safety specialists as part of ongoing system development. Contribute to the creation of documentation, guidance, and processes to strengthen alarm system management. Essential Skills & Experience: Hands-on experience with alarm systems such as Trend, Vista, Schneider (EcoStruxure), or Sauter. Proven background in implementing and maintaining alarm systems within a large organisation. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with engineering teams and other stakeholders. Desirable Skills: Programme or project management experience. Background in electrical engineering. Additional Requirements: Candidates must hold valid security clearance.
