As part of their growth, they are looking to recruit aCFO who will work closely with the CEO to develop the business further over the coming year. Having seen exponential growth over the last five years, the client is ambitious to build on this growth.

The Role
1. Deliver the Company’s growth and financial targets in line with our clients Strategic Plan.
2. Enforce company values and goals.
3. Strengthen the financial health of the company.
4. Support and coordinate Group Strategy.
5. Key role in all aspects of strategic decision making.
6. Joint responsibility for the acquisition of new contracts including presentation of tenders to current and prospective customers.
7. Monitor key financial metrics to identify areas for cost optimization.
8. Analyze data to identify efficiencies in working practice.
9. Manage Capital Expenditure.
10. Optimize funding and cash flow management.
11. Work alongside the Chairman, CEO, and COO.
12. Evaluate potential investments in new sites, technology upgrades, or other asset investments.
13. Manage debtors to 100% on-time.
14. Be responsible for increasing the business's performance metrics.
15. Ensure compliance with all Accounting Standards and sector Regulations.
16. Evaluate the financial impact of new technologies.
17. Take an active role in the Planning & Coordination functions.
18. Manage the Management Accountant & Financial Controller as direct reports, alongside the wider finance team.
About You
You will be able to demonstrate how you have driven revenue in previous roles. Show the ability to generate efficiencies through process improvement and utilizing resources and good practice. Have exceptionally sound and commercial strategic acumen.
The Package
The client is offering a basic salary of £80-£110k DOE, an annual bonus, and you will be invited to join their share scheme after 12 months.
