The Role
* Providing dedicated support to a busy senior team within a corporate finance environment
* Complex and ever-changing diary management
* Coordinating internal and external meetings, video calls and conference rooms
* Liaising confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders
* Organising extensive domestic and international travel, itineraries and logistics
* Processing expenses and general administrative support
* Monitoring inboxes and handling calls professionally
* Offering support and holiday cover across the wider assistant team when required
* Assisting with ad hoc projects and team coordination
About You
* Proven experience within a fast-paced assistant role, ideally within finance or professional services
* Impeccable organisational skills
* Professional, calm and confident under pressure
* Strong communication skills with a polished approach
* High level of discretion and confidentiality
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* A positive, proactive team player with excellent attention to detail
