* Assist and move patients as required
* After training, take on a caseload of patients under the supervision of qualified therapists, contributing to care, treatment, and discharge planning

Training, Development, and Career Opportunities
We provide excellent in-service training to support staff in developing clinical and leadership skills. There are opportunities to get involved in service improvement, new innovations, and more. Further career development opportunities such as Band 4 Assistant Practitioners and Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy apprenticeships are offered. These are emerging roles within Acute Therapy Services; experience gained in this role along with appropriate qualifications can support progression when openings become available.
Working Arrangements
The team works seven days a week, and you’ll be expected to help support weekend and bank holiday cover if required, with a day off the following week.
