Salary: Up to £55,000 + bonus

Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire the hotel team, ensuring high performance and engagement.
* Oversee daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and facilities.
* Ensure compliance with brand standards, health & safety regulations, and local legislation.
* Drive revenue, occupancy, and profitability targets through effective planning and execution.
* Manage budgets, reports, and operational forecasts.
* Maintain strong guest satisfaction levels through excellent service delivery.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in hotel management, preferably within a branded hotel.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
