Job Description
3. Administer payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
4. Support HR operations by managing queries and providing guidance to employees.
5. Assist with recruitment activities, including drafting job adverts and coordinating interviews.
6. Review and verify HR documentation, such as letters and contracts, for accuracy.
7. Maintain and update HR and payroll systems with employee data and other relevant information.
8. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
9. Collaborate with internal teams to improve HR and payroll processes.
10. Provide general administrative support to the human resources department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful People & Payroll Officer should have:
11. A CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
12. Strong experience in payroll processes and related systems.
13. General HR experience, including handling queries and managing recruitment tasks.
14. Excellent attention to detail for reviewing documents and ensuring compliance.
15. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
16. Proficiency in using HR and payroll software systems.
