About the Role
As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you'll be an essential part of a supportive and structured environment, helping young people feel safe, valued, and empowered. You'll be there through daily routines, challenging moments, and everything in between — always leading with care, consistency, and compassion.
Rota
* 3 x 14‑hour shifts per week
* Shift time: 7:45 am – 10:00 pm
* Stable and consistent rota pattern for a great work‑life balance
Key Responsibilities
* Build positive relationships and act as a trusted adult for young people
* Support children with daily routines, activities, and emotional wellbeing
* Promote independence, life skills, and positive behaviour
* Record accurate logs, reports, and contribute to care planning
* Collaborate with your team and professionals to ensure high‑quality care
What We're Looking For
* Experience working with children or young people (residential experience desirable)
* Compassionate, reliable, and confident in challenging situations
* Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
* Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
