Role Description
The Account Executive role is ideal for someone eager to get into the world of media, understand how advertising campaigns are planned & delivered, and learn everything digital & communications from the ground up.
This role will be part of the Fidelity Account team and includes responsibilities such as supporting communication strategies, creating media plans, handling finance and administrative duties, and working with third parties like Google and Meta to realize ideas.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a strategic & creative comms media team. Experience is not required, but a passion for digital, understanding consumer behavior, and having your own opinions from day one are expected.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with the ad operations team to set up media and ensure campaigns go live and track performance.
* Collaborate with different business units within IPG, such as Social, Programmatic, AV, Search & Print teams, to ensure smooth campaign execution.
* Provide regular reporting and insights on campaign delivery, including actions for the team and clients.
* Support post-campaign performance analysis and future campaign planning.
* Manage campaign costs through our accounting system.
* Compile competitive reports on client competitors’ advertising strategies and spend.
* Assist in planning new campaigns using tools to identify audience insights.
* Contribute to wider account responsibilities like meetings, agendas, contact reports, and team coordination.
