The role offers a competitive basic salary of up to £37,000, with an OTE and performance-based bonus scheme. Duties
* Proactively drive sales and exceed operational targets and budgets
* Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in customer service
* Ensure customer satisfaction targets are met and exceeded
* Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
* Lead and motivate the workshop team to build a strong reputation for the brand
* Develop and implement PR and marketing initiatives to enhance centre visibility
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring effective workshop workflow and productivity
* Foster a team environment focused on continuous improvement
Requirements
* Full UK driving licence with minimal points
* At least 2 years of relevant automotive experience, ideally within a Fast Fit Centre
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Proven ability to increase productivity and sales
* Experience managing customer relations and resolving complaints professionally
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Experience managing technicians, workshop controllers, or similar roles
