At Anchor Conzult, we partner with schools, academies, and multi-academy trusts across London to provide dedicated Teaching Assistants and SEN Teaching Assistants who bring enthusiasm, patience, and professionalism to the classroom every day.
The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers and pupils to create a positive, inclusive learning environment. Your day might include:
* Supporting pupils one-to-one or in small groups
* Assisting with classroom activities and lesson delivery
* Helping manage behaviour and encourage engagement
* Providing extra help to pupils with additional learning needs
* Supporting teachers with resources, preparation, and supervision
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience as a TA or working with children (school, tutoring, childcare, or volunteering)
* A genuine passion for education and pupil development
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Reliability, flexibility, and a proactive attitude
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
