The Council values diversity in its workforce and is committed to preventing unlawful discrimination in recruitment and selection on grounds of age, sex, race, disability, sexual orientation, transgender identity (including non-binary identities), religion or belief, pregnancy and maternity. We offer networks for employees including the Allies Network, a Disability and Carers Network and Perthyn LGBTQ+ Network.
