Our Norwich headquarters manage all facets of sales, customer service and creation of marketing collateral. This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Sales and Customer Service located in Norwich. The role involves overseeing daily sales through customer/patient service activities, developing sales strategies, managing and leading patient care teams, and ensuring a high level of private patient satisfaction. The role also includes preparing sales reports, analyzing sales data, and identifying growth opportunities to drive business development.
You will be leading and up -skilling a team in incoming lead handling via phone, emails and contact forms enquiring about a dermatology service they require. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
