Your Shift Pattern
Here’s a glimpse of what your weekly schedule might look like:
* Monday: Full-time (Days)
* Tuesday: Off
* Wednesday: Off
* Thursday: Off
* Friday: Full-time (Days)
* Saturday: Full-time (Days)
* Sunday: Full-time (Days)
Your Key Responsibilities
As our Sous Chef, you will:
* Prepare delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.
* Identify opportunities to enhance our food service.
* Create a positive kitchen environment where your team feels welcomed and supported.
* Support the team in delivering our tasty food concepts to customers.
* Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
* Assist with food ordering, stock control, and minimizing food waste.
* Oversee kitchen cleaning responsibilities to uphold hygiene standards.
* Help manage budgets and meet financial targets.
* Comply with Food Handling and Hygiene standards.
* Adhere to Health and Safety regulations.
