Proactive Personnel Ltd is currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service / Administrator for our client based in Nottingham city centre.
This role involves working in a main dealership and supporting the Service Advisor team.
Responsibilities:
* Update in-house computer system
* Communicate progress to customers
* Confirm specific repair details with customers
* Create and send invoices via in-house system
* Listen to customer concerns and document them accurately
To be considered, you must be a confident communicator with excellent administration skills.
This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent, with an immediate start available.
Working hours:
* 07:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday (flexible hours available)
* Saturday mornings on a rota basis
