Hourly rates reflect the unsocial nature of red-eye working and will vary depending on the day of the week. Job Responsibilities: As a Salaried OOH GP working the red-eye, you will: Deliver safe, effective clinical care during overnight out-of-hours periods Undertake telephone triage, face-to-face consultations and home visits as required Work collaboratively with clinical colleagues, drivers and operational teams to ensure service continuity overnight Maintain accurate, timely and high-quality clinical records Contribute to a calm, patient-centered service during high-acuity overnight periods Appropriate rest periods and governance arrangements are in place to support overnight working.
