TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a mobile Maintenance Engineer (AC Bias) to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.
The job will cover general weekly, monthly and quarterly checks, planned and unplanned maintenance duties as well as general fabric checks around the facility.
* Schedule -Monday to Friday45 hours
* Workinghours 7am to 4pm (Door to Door pay).
* On Call 1 in 4 weeks on call. This is for emergencies only.
* Salary -£41,210/Yr.
* Location Leeds, Huddersfield, Skipton and Burnley area.
* Extra Overtime available.
Your duties will be yet not limited to
* PPMs on commercial HVAC systems
* Diagnostics and fault finding
* Repairs to cooling units and AHUs
* Rectifying faults in plant rooms
* Splits, VRF and more.
* You will also be asked to support with minor fabric work within the facility.
Requirements
* Full UK License 6 points max.
* F-Gas Cat 1 Qualified
