Job Summary:
The Senior Programme Manager role is pivotal for the transformation and migration of our core Human Capital Management (HCM) system, Workday, towards a more Cloud-centric model. This role involves guiding, managing, and driving the transition, working closely with stakeholders, HR leadership, and service providers. The candidate should have experience in organizational design, system or process enhancement, and change initiatives, with emphasis on Cloud, SaaS, and API strategies. Deep knowledge of Workday, strong program management, and leadership skills are essential.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Programme Manager or similar role.
* Experience managing the transition to Cloud-centric models and SaaS products.
* Deep understanding of Workday HCM system.
* Experience with Workday module rollouts (HCM, HR, Recruitment, Benefits, Payroll).
* Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage large transformation programs and lead change management.
* Experience with governance panels like steering committees and change boards.
* Ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
* Experience in international HRIS transformation is a plus.
Technical Requirements:
* Experience with technical deployments, integrations, data migration, testing, and support teams.
* Deep understanding of Workday ecosystem and Cloud adaptation.
* Experience with Workday modules and features.
* Knowledge of API development and implementation.
* Ability to handle data migration issues and testing processes.
* Understanding of maintaining workflows and integrations during enhancements.
* Experience moving towards product-aligned teams.
* Proven ability to implement HR system changes, especially transitioning to Workday.
* Stakeholder management in HR technology projects.
* Experience with Cloud-based HR transformation methodologies.
* Developing strategies for HR tech improvements focusing on SaaS and Cloud.
* Identifying and implementing Workday enhancements aligned with business needs.
* Prioritizing enhancements considering constraints and business value.
* Using Workday enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
* Engaging stakeholders in enhancement decisions, focusing on Cloud and SaaS solutions.
