The role
Head Chef is required to develop the menus, and lead the team at this small coastal hotel. The owners of the hotel would like to increase evening service from 25 to 30 covers per service. The hotel operates a TDH Menu that evolves through the week meaning the chef can change menu Items daily, allowing them to use the best of the fresh local seasonal ingredients available They are not chasing accolades but the food standards are definitely 1-2 rosette level and this is the standard they would like to maintain and develop. We are looking for a friendly, talented chef, somebody who enjoys cooking good food and can communicate well.
