Job summary Registered Managers position Care Home Starting Salary: £36,000 per annum (upon CQC registration)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to cover weekends if required
Holiday: 6 weeks annual leave
Qualifications and Requirements Managerial experience with a relevant qualification in health and social care Previous experience in managing a care home or similar setting Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of care planning and regulatory requirements Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals Proven track record of successfully filling rooms and maintaining high occupancy rates
Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home Manage and lead a team of care staff Ensure the care needs of all residents are met Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs Keep policies and procedures up to date and compliant with regulations Build relationships with residents, families, and the local community Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care
