The Role

As Senior F&B Manager at, you will lead the delivery of exceptional food and beverage experiences for every guest, event, and occasion. You’ll inspire and manage a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and ensure every detail reflects OVO Arena Wembley’s world-class standards.

This is a hands-on, operation role and your mission will be to enhance our guest experience, every time. Using your flair, passion, creativity, and commitment to excellence will help create unforgettable moments for every visitor, every time.

You will be responsible for:

* Support and deputize for the Head of F&B, assisting with operational management, KPI achievement, budget adherence, and sales growth initiatives.
* Lead, develop, and engage a high-performing F&B team, including recruitment, training, retention, and employee relations.
* Oversee all F&B operations and retail areas, ensuring SOP compliance, stock management, cleaning, and coordination with internal departments and external contractors.
* Manage financial and administrative processes, including stock purchasing, event invoicing, payroll reporting, and budget monitoring.
* Ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance across health, safety, and food hygiene, while optimizing resources and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will have:

* Significant experience in a similar environment, ideally within entertainment or leisure, with proven team management and training experience.
* Ability to work independently, use initiative, and meet deadlines while remaining calm under pressure.
* Strong interpersonal skills with confidence in decision-making and leadership.
* Commitment to fostering a positive team ethic and supporting career development.
* Knowledge and understanding of current health and food safety regulations, ensuring compliance across operations.
