This full-time role focuses on polishing and finishing high-spec metal components to meet strict quality standards. Shift Pattern Sunday to Thursday, 9:35 PM – 5:45 AM Main Responsibilities Carry out polishing tasks including: Aerofoil (basic and complex) Radius (basic and complex) Edge finishing (leading/trailing) Core exit flash removal Inter vane and shroud polishing Deburring using small and large power grinders Use precision measuring tools to check and adjust components Select and replace polishing belts as needed Record job progress in the internal system Work closely with the inspection team to maintain quality standards Follow all health, safety, and environmental rules Support training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Skills & Qualities Required Previous experience in polishing or detailed metal finishing Confident using air tools, grinders, and linishing equipment Able to read and follow techni...
