Champion the Academy Vision: Actively support our safe, respectful, and stimulating learning environment while promoting and safeguarding the welfare of all students.

Collaborative Development: Contribute to dynamic schemes of work and collaborate closely with additional classroom support staff to ensure no student is left behind.
What We Are Looking For

A qualified teacher who meets the current DfE Teachers Standards.

Secure Subject Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Science/Chemistry curriculum with the ability to address misunderstandings and promote high standards of literacy and articulacy.

Data:Informed Practitioners: Ability to make accurate and productive use of both formative and summative assessments to track individual student targets and guide their next steps.

Excellent Classroom Management: Clear, fair, and consistent routines that align with our positive behaviour policies to maintain a focused learning environment.
