Solutions Architect – Gamma
Gamma is a leading supplier of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS): we provide voice, data and mobile products and services to the UK, German, Spanish and Benelux business markets. We are expanding our UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma‑powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.
Location: Can be based out of London, Glasgow or Manchester.
Responsibilities
* Work alongside the sales team, Lead Solutions Architects and Solutions Consultants to gain new customers and increase penetration into existing accounts.
* Provide effective pre‑sales and solution support, delivering good technical expertise across a wide range of Gamma’s Managed Networks products.
* Own the solution delivery by displaying a comprehensive consultative approach.
* Support the development of business opportunities with the Managed Networks pre‑sales and direct sales teams.
* Offer consultancy to aid customers in developing their Managed Network requirements, focusing on solutions for larger enterprise customers.
* Translate customer requirements into functional, effective, and appropriate solutions, leveraging deep knowledge of Managed Network products and services.
* Provide consultative technical support for opportunities, bids and proposals for customer solutions that incorporate multiple core products and services.
* Participate in customer solution presentations and meetings as required.
* Help develop new and emerging team members through support and guidance.
* Interface with Proposition Management to feedback customer requirements.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of demonstrable experience in pre‑sales / sales engineering / customer solutions positions with strong technical and commercial skills.
* Experience with Managed Networks solutions including SD‑WAN (Catalyst), Meraki, MPLS and related connectivity technologies.
* Excellent presentation skills, including training delivery and presenting to senior levels.
* Strong customer‑facing skills with the ability to present at senior levels.
* Proficiency in producing technical sales proposals.
* Agile, can‑do attitude, willing to deliver on requirements.
* Home‑based role with travel as and when required.
* Experience in Cloud or Mobile spaces is a plus.
