Functional Assessor
Working pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. Part-time hours available

What you’ll do
* Conduct functional assessments and produce clear, accurate, high-quality reports
* Use clinical judgement to assess a wide range of physical and mental health conditions
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
* Maintain accurate records in line with clinical governance and quality standards
* Engage in ongoing training, CPD, and clinical supervision
* Deliver assessments with empathy, professionalism, and integrity
What you’ll need
To apply, you must:
* Be a registered healthcare professional (Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Paramedic, or Pharmacist)
* Have at least 12 months’ post-registration experience within the last 5 years
* Have no current restrictions to practice
* Demonstrate strong communication, assessment, and report-writing skills
