Deputy Manager Childrens Home Northampton £17.61 per hour plus sleep ins Leadership roles in childrens residential care should come with proper support, clear structure, and the opportunity to genuinely make an impact. We are recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join an established childrens residential service in Peterborough supporting young people with complex needs. This is an opportunity to join a provider with long standing sector experience, a stable structure, and a strong focus on delivering high quality care and positive outcomes for young people. The role would suit an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker, Team Leader or current Deputy Manager ready to progress within a well supported environment. Whats on offer £17.61 per hour Sleep ins paid at £70.50 Full time permanent role 3 shifts per week for full time hours Long day shifts Structured rota pattern across 7 days Annual leave plus bank holidays Established provider with strong sector experience Progression and development opportunities What we are looking for An experienced residential childcare professional with strong safeguarding knowledge, confidence leading shifts, and experience supporting young people with complex needs within a residential setting. Level 3 Residential Childcare is essential. A full UK driving licence is strongly preferred.
