Responsibilities
As the Sous Chef, you will work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with the Head Chef and the rest of the kitchen team. Your responsibilities include ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently, maintaining a safe and motivated environment, supporting the Head Chef and General Manager with daily operations, and providing resources and support to the team to deliver high‑quality dishes.
