Overview
Our Client, a reputable and expanding law firm, seeks an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years' PQE to join their team. This role offers flexible hybrid working, wellbeing support and a positive inclusive culture.
Responsibilities
* Manage a full caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and refinancing.
* Provide supervision and support to junior team members, ensuring high standards of work.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant property law regulations and maintain a high standard of client care.
* Actively contribute to the development and marketing of the Property department to expand its client base and services.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and other key stakeholders.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years\' PQE in Commercial Property law.
* Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
* Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff is desirable.
* A proactive approach to business development and marketing, with an interest in growing the department.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client care skills.
