Contract Length: 6 months
Location: Hybrid/Flintshire - 4 days per week onsite (Fridays from home)

Spinwell is recruiting for a Procurement Advisor for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PROCUREMENT ADVISOR
* Undertake contractual negotiations and oversee departmental budget control.
* Develop and maintain strategic contract management, supporting the overall business strategy.
* Responsible for the production of appropriate tender documentation, analysing procurement MI to identify ways of improving compliance with contracts and setting up reporting mechanisms to support this.
* Update internal guidance and prepare reports for Senior Management.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE PROCUREMENT ADVISOR
* CCS frameworks
* Contract writing
* End to end procurement
* Tender process
* Supplier relationships
* Invoice queries
* Any ERP system experience
* Procurement/buying experience
* Standard MS Packages
* CIPS or working towards but not essential
